BMT recruits employees based on a number of factors, including the educational background and mining industry related work experience (in particular ISR mining experience) of applicants, our business ramp-up plan and job vacancies. We enter into employment contracts with our employees whose terms cover matters such as wages and other benefits, working hours, vacations, workplace safety and termination and contain confidentiality provisions.
BMT provides regular training to its employees, which covers safety, product quality control, guidance on the process of exploration and production, client communication and negotiation skills, and environmental awareness.
Pursuant to the relevant Kazakhstan laws and regulations, we are required to make statutory pension contributions for the benefit of our employees.
