Data Processing Agreement
By submitting his personal data, the User agrees to the processing, storage and use of his personal data on the basis of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 21, 2013 No. 94-V “On personal data and their protection” for the following purposes:
- Customer support
- Getting user information about marketing events
- Accounting audit and other internal research in order to improve the quality of services provided.
By personal data is meant any personal information that allows you to establish the identity of the User such as:
- Name, First name, Middle name
- Contact telephone
- E-mail address
The User’s personal data is stored exclusively on electronic media and processed using automated systems, unless the automated processing of personal data is necessary in connection with the implementation of legal requirements.
